The Leadership Game Plan: Turning Good Clubs into Great Teams
Great clubs don’t just happen!
They are built by leaders who know how to inspire, unite, and take action. This workshop, developed specifically for the Shire of Katanning, is designed for community and not-for-profit leaders ready to step up, lead with purpose and have greater impact on their community.
You will discover what separates good community organisations from great ones, explore practical tools for building trust, setting clear direction, and getting everyone pulling in the same direction.
Through reflection and real-world examples, you’ll enhance your skills in communicating with impact, making better decisions, and creating a strong culture that lasts.
Walk away with clarity, confidence, and a leadership game plan that helps your organisation to achieve more for your members and your community.
