Coffee with a Coppa Brings Community Connection and Conversation
What an exciting morning in Katanning!
Thirty vibrant local seniors gathered for Coffee with a Coppa — a relaxed and engaging morning tea hosted by Katanning Hub CRC in partnership with the Katanning Police.
Held at the warm and welcoming Small Change Whole Foods, the event was a great success, filled with friendly faces, meaningful conversations, and, of course, excellent coffee.
This community initiative gave seniors a chance to connect directly with local police officers in a casual setting — sharing stories, raising questions, and building trust over a cuppa. The event highlighted the importance of open dialogue and strong community relationships, especially for older residents.
The air was buzzing with laughter, thoughtful chats, and a strong sense of connection. It was a perfect example of how something as simple as a morning tea can bring people together in a powerful way.
