MEGT (Australia) Limited

MEGT (Australia) Limited is a national not-for-profit organisation established in 1982, supporting employers, apprentices, trainees, job seekers, and students across Australia.

Founded as a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO) in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, MEGT now employs over 650 staff across around 60 offices nationwide. We’ve proudly supported over 450,000 Australian businesses and helped more than 1.5 million individuals into work, including over 700,000 apprenticeship completions and over 7,000 people with disability.

MEGT continues to operate as a GTO through our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) team and is also the largest single Apprentice Connect Provider, delivering Australian Apprenticeship Support Services on behalf of the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR).

Our Employment Services team delivers state-based programs, including Workforce Australia (WFA) and Transition to Work (TtW) in western Melbourne and the Gold Coast, supporting disadvantaged job seekers.

In 2021, we launched the MEGT Foundation, offering scholarships of up to $15,000 annually to help disadvantaged women return to study.

To extend our reach, Samantha travels to Katanning to provide MEGT’s services, ensuring regional communities also benefit from our support.
