Data Entry Officer

We have a great role available for a Data Entry Officer for a State Government department, on an initial 3 month contract.

This is an entry-level position focused on routine data handling. A great opportunity to get experience within a Government environment.

The key points:

  • Initial 3 months contract starting asap!
  • Ideally, the role would be based in Katanning, but if you are in Narrogin, Albany or Bunbury, we want to hear from you too.
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Also open to part-time or flexible hours if that’s what you’re seeking
  • Competitive hourly rate paid to you weekly by PERSOL

In terms of your background, you will have:

  • Comfortable with computer use and data entry
  • Good communication – written and verbal
  • Preferably with a farming background to understand WA’s agricultural production systems (e.g., cropping, horticulture, or livestock) and the dynamics of trading names, brands, owners, and managers.
  • Ability to obtain a current police clearance if successful.
