The Role:

We are seeking a competent and capable 2IC who has experience working in a similar supervisory role. This is a hands on role with both fitting and office duties involved. You will be in charge of managing the flow of work in the workshop as well as assisting with sales working alongside and supporting the Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workshop operations
• Lead, train and supervise tyre fitters
• Quoting, invoicing, POS and job scheduling
• Handle customer enquiries, issues and escalations professionally
• Manage stock levels and store room
• Ensure WHS compliance in workshop

About you:

• Proven experience in tyre fitting with supervisor experience
• Strong knowledge of all tyres
• confident in both trade and sales aspects
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, reliable and able to prioritise under pressure
• Current drivers licence essential
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
